Buyer drops all cash for full-floor Central Park Tower unit asking $55M 
Another full-floor unit has gone into contract at Central Park Tower. Unit 121 at Extell’s 217 West 57th Street went into contract with a last asking price of $54.9 million. A domestic buyer put down all cash for the purchase, which will likely close “in line” with the other full-floor spread sold this year, according to a source close to the deal.
