Bean sculptor Anish Kapoor re-lists Tribeca condo for $17.75M
The sculptor behind Cloud Gate, Chicago’s iconic bean statue, is once again trying to sell his Manhattan apartment. Anish Kapoor has listed his Tribeca condo at 56 Leonard Street for $17.75 million, or $4,963 per square foot. He first tried to sell it in December, at nearly $18 million, but took it off the market after it failed to sell despite several price drops, Crain’s reported. It was re-listed in June.
