One sweet day, Mariah Carey will no longer be the owner of a penthouse triplex in Tribeca. The pop superstar listed her unit at 90 Franklin Street in Manhattan for $27 million, the New York Post reported. It’s the first time the unit has been marketed since Carey assembled it in 1999 for approximately $9 million, purchasing two units and combining them into one.
