AI developer subleases 80K sf at 1 WTC
One artificial intelligence company is replacing another on a sublease at 1 World Trade Center. San Francisco-based Scale AI is taking 80,000 square feet at the Financial District tower, the Commercial Observer reported. It is subleasing the space from Wunderkind, an AI-powered marketing service. Scale, which provides data and technology for the development of AI applications, is set to relocate from its 27,000-square-foot digs at 218 West 18th Street early next year.
