Kenya Barris is putting his Beverly Hills retreat back on the market, aiming to cash out on a hilltop estate he bought from music producer and DJ Zedd less than three years ago. The Emmy-winning creator of “Black-ish” has listed the roughly 11,000-square-foot property for $20.8 million, Mansion Global reported. Barris purchased the home at 3000 Benedict Canyon Drive from Zedd in early 2023 for $18.4 million; the producer and DJ originally sought $26.5 million for the estate before selling at a discount.
