“Wolf of Wall Street” Long Island mansion sells for $7M
Jordan Belfort’s former Long Island mansion has found a new owner. A Staten Island couple paid $6.9 million in an off-market deal for the sprawling property at 5 Pin Oak Court in Glen Head, according to Douglas Elliman’s Joe Scavo, who represented the sellers. Belfort — the stockbroker-turned-fraudster who inspired Martin Scorsese’s 2013 film “The Wolf of Wall Street” — lived in the 8,700-square-foot home with his wife, Nadine Macaluso, during the height of his career in the 1990s.
