For Hamptons agent Tim Morabito, his latest business move is also a family reunion. After more than six years with Compass, Tim is leaving the brokerage to return to Douglas Elliman, where he’s teaming up with his father, Enzo Morabito, who heads one of the firm’s leading cohorts on Long Island’s East End.
